The award was presented at the Ensemble Travel Group International Conference in Seattle. Over 900 industry professionals attended the four-day event, including Travel Agency members from the USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand, as well as keynote speakers and travel suppliers from around the world.

She cited her activities within her local Chamber of Commerce, serving 6 years on the Board of Directors, including one year as chairman, and was awarded “Business Person of the Year” in 2002. In 2011 Roxanne had the distinction of being inducted into the Lower Verde Valley River of Time Museum Foundation Hall of Fame. In addition, she is a public speaker on travel and travel related topics, and a published travel writer.
