Roxanne, the entire trip was outstanding and your planned extension was “Over the Top”! When we arrived at Edinburgh airport, the driver was waiting for us. He was very accommodating stopping at an ATM, and a little tour of the city before arriving at the hotel. Great hotel with a view of the Castle, the best room, good food and bar. The day trip to St. Andrews was also good. We had a new MB with an excellent driver. The day was well planned with a visit to the Scone Palace, lunch at St. Andrews and a visit to Falkland Palace. The guide was very nice and had it all together. The Military Tattoo was an experience-in-itself. The entire evening was highly organized. The food and service at the Amber Room was outstanding, with the staff guiding us to our seats at the Military Tattoo. The Tattoo was so much more than we expected, it should be a “must see” for everyone! Saturday and toured the Edinburgh Castle, the Palace of Holyrood, with a tour and dinner on the Royal Yacht Britannia. Thanks for a well- planned trip, we thoroughly enjoyed it. - RC & SC –

Hello Roxanne, we’re so thrilled with our Disney World vacation! Today we walked the resort, took the boat ride over the lake, rode the monorail, checked the park transportation, other resorts AND bought T-shirts. Our room is absolutely AMAZING & the lake view is great! The Deluxe Dining plan is already paying off in the 1st 2 meals! When we returned we found your plate of chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us with a sweet Happy Anniversary note! Last night we caught the Lake Light Show & saw the fireworks from our balcony (5th Fl - Bay Side). We had a terrific time in Chile, the people were incredibly kind. Santiago is a vibrant city, food was amazing, guide and driver were fabulous! It was comforting to have the same driver and guide the entire time. Loved the hotel, the vistas were breathtaking, especially from our room. We had some of the freshest food I’ve ever eaten from their organic garden. Twice we had breakfast at the garden, berries picked that morning, eggs laid that morning ... amazing! Hi Roxanne, we had a great trip! The Inn at the Forks was walking distance to The Museum of Human Rights … the architecture alone was worth the visit. Also easy walk to markets with wide variety of food choices. The Lazy Bear Lodge was extremely organized and transitions were super easy. Our experience was perfect, learned a great deal! The voyage was wonderful in the suite, we were spoiled! Every day on the ship was a great adventure. Perfect, we enjoyed it tenfold. Michael's club was great for in & out, take a break and quick bites in the morning. The staff at Luminae were top notch. The suite butler was most attentive, day & night. You were so correct in how invaluable the beverage package was. The lodge in Talkeetna was beautiful & their barista made a great latte! We have booked several vacations through AZ Trails and have always been completely satisfied with their service. Roxane and Hank go above and beyond to ensure every last detail of our trips are arranged in the most practical, time sensitive and cost effective manner. We had a minor issue with an airport transfer in Paris which Roxanne took the time and energy to contact the vendor who arranged for a refund. We have just booked another European vacation through them and plan on booking several more. This type of service is hard to come by these days, kudos to AZ Trails Travel! – BG

Our trip to Maui was fabulous, my husband was ready to sell the farm and retire there. Wish we had stayed longer, we really loved everything. I am writing in regards to our experience with AZ Trails Travel. We had the privilege of booking our Honeymoon with Roxanne. During the planning of our wedding last year my wife and I were quite overwhelmed with the details involved in our trip to Europe. Since we had never been overseas we were not sure where to start and needed lots of help. Upon our first meeting it was very apparent that she had the expertise needed to handle inexperienced international travelers like ourselves. She began our conversation by listening and going through a detailed interview process to determine what type of travelers we were, what our appetite was for organized tours, independent sight-seeing, restaurants, adventure and above all else affordable accommodations. As you can probably imagine "budget" was one of our top priorities and Roxanne was an all-star when it came to nailing this down. In fact we actually ended below our original estimates! The professional approach taken by Roxanne was exemplified as our honeymoon approached when she provided us with an itemized itinerary and travel vouchers for each leg of the trip. She even sat on hold for numerous hours with international travel companies to make sure we had no hick ups once we landed in Rome. This all was crucial in ensuring a seamless transition from place to place. Once we returned from our trip we could not stop talking about how amazing our experience in Italy was and owed it all to AZ Trails Travel! She has sparked a new love for travel in our family and we are certain she could do the same for any other newly married couple through her passion for the business and hard work. - BD
Wanted to thank you and your staff who helped while you were away on business for a great trip to Ireland. The five of us had a fabulous time, beginning with the pubs in Dublin to the pubs in Adare, and in between. The Adare manor and villa we stayed in were awesome. We even played a round of golf the second to last day. The weather cooperated and only rained at night. People soooo friendly! High tea at the manor house (and new favorite drink for some, Prosecco,) was a great time. Countryside, Blarney, Cliffs of Cashel, just to mention a few of our stops, were enjoyed by all. We’re having our DGC (Dublin Girls' Crew) get together tomorrow night to relive and share photos. Thank you again – MM

Roxanne planned our family vacation to Ireland/Scotland this summer and we had a wonderful time! I know in the digital age we think we can plan it all on-line ourselves and save money in the process, but you couldn't be more wrong! Roxanne took care of all the details: assisting in the selection of hotels, family friendly bed & breakfasts and even a castle, flight coordination, rental car (with GPS thank goodness!), exchanged money prior to our departure and coordinated an international phone for our use. In our pre-departure meeting we were handed everything we we’d need in a beautifully organized travel bag. Upon our return we received a Welcome Home and Thank You card and she was sincerely interested in your travel experience. My co-worker also planned his family travel with AZ Trails Travel this summer, traveling to Greece/Turkey and also had a wonderful experience.
